Carl Bowitz

Carl Bowitz (1809-1875) officially worked in Vienna from 1837  until his death. There are few remaining instruments by this author.

This model is one of the last made exclusively of wood, with no metal reinforcements.

It was restored in 2007 thanks to the contribution of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio of Padua and Rovigo.
